Wow, wonderfully crafted and edited trailer with that nerve's build up. When the slow phaseout clip cuts in => gooooooooooooooooooooosebumping!

AAaaah dammit! Can't wait. Ordered it from Stickman yesterday afternoon (might turn out to be somewhat of a bad choice). Hoping for some super powered mailmen bringing it here in supersonic speed.

Not really. Thought i'd get it sooner, since the oficial release date in Norway is May 19 (i think). But it's all good. I've waited this long right....

Lovely DVD! Haven´t seen everything yet, yes yes yes lovely!
musicvidoes, in general, are boring i think, but the documentaris really good stuff!
and gonna watch RW3 tonight or tomorrow and looking forward to it.

I ordered it a week ago from and got it last saturday, the 10th!

SO, now I'm gonna give a list, to all the ones, that can't wait to know the extras...
Anyone can correct this list or enhance it if there is something wrong...



DVD1:

11 little snippets of interviews done for Trondheim student-TV, talking about the steelcover of soothe and touring (same as the acoustic performances on DVD2 are from)


DVD2:

1-Hogwash, live at a big venue, the sound is like from a bootleg (when was this? maybe 98?)

2- clip with parts of Mountain and an interview with the band, when Killer was still member of the band (also done for student-tv?!, when, 91?)

3-Sheer profoundity from the Demon Box-Release-party (probably 93 at UFFA?!) (Bent headbanging and terrible sound! -->fun!)

4+5 two songs from Ragnarock-festival (92?), lo-fi, but funny, some young folks are jumping around (one is unkown to me, the other is "strange days", didn't this become another song on lobotomizer or soothe?, but I forgot the title... anyone?)

6+7+8 three acoustic songs (as the interviews on disc1 for student-TV) Sister Confusion, Hogwash, The one that went away

9 blueberry daydream, as before mentioned: done in a hotel room for NRK's show U and also with comentary from the band, if you want. When it stops, they say "there's the artcut"

Someone figured out the Hogwash one: When Neverland from RW3
plays, push skip on yr DVD-player. Then Hogwash starts.

You can also acess all of these clips with "secret buttons" in the menues, you don't see them until you're right on it (the arrow becomes a hand) just search for empty spaces in the menue.
I haven't found all of them, because I got tired of searching, so I used the Microsoft explorer and started every single track by clicking on the filenames (for instance: VTS_07_1.VO.

I really wonder, if there is more material from the concert at samfundet 2000, they could have used for this dvd... I like STG and Plan#1 a lot!
If they had used like 4 songs from this concert, they could have called it Roadwork 2 1/2 or something like that

In yr common DVD-player, don't even wait for the menu on DVD1, press skip -> during that smashing-tv-jingle. There's the 1992 interview.

I wonder when the bands commentaries were recorded... lately meeting up with Geb? Would be a nice thought.

best bits till now: Geb singing lead in Hogwash and the band cracking up during silly videos, i.e. Bent on Starmelt and all on GTC...

Got mine from Stickman today! Haven't watched it yet though...

Havent got through it all yet, but some really cool old stuff and funny moments. But the highlight so far is still the Paradiso gig, even though I've seen it many many times before. 577 is on right now, loud. AND MAN, IT IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO F***ING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!

One thing is absolutely clear, there is now a growing popular demand for a Roadwork IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and so on. I have quite a few bootlegs, but listening to this with proper sound (and picture) makes you understand how amazing this music is. Having heard these songs a thousand times before, they still mange to amaze me. Absolutely brilliant. So many small details you don't catch on that lousy webcast, or on a even lousier bootleg. And it must be tons of stuff out there justifying RW releases.
