Radiobroadcasted concerts

Oh. Didn't know that! Is this full show circulating then?

The funny thing is:

I've seen lots of Flac freaks (motorpsycho fans and/or fans of other bands) complaining about the lack of respect of the tapers when someone shares a Mp3 version of a concert. BUT I've also seen the same people share their crappy cell phone videos on youtube! What about respect of the band? I mean if someone taped a show of me, I'd prefer if they put it out as a 192 kb/s mp3 rather than a mobile phone video with both crappy sound and footage!

A bootleg is mostly crappy after all, so I don't think most people really hear the difference between a flac file or a mp3 file with 192 or better kb/s. BUT for the record, I don't share mp3 versions of flacs since there's a lot of people against it!

eeh well....without dime that might be a problem. However i am willing to discuss a trade of some sort. Since you're in Norway, the postal fee for a DVD in the mail will be minimal. So this is the best way to go i think. And perhaps you can do the same for me, if there's something that you have, and i dont (videos, interviews, anything non commercial)

I've been searching for the Rockefeller 2000 gig for some time now.. (I think that's the one, opening with sideway spiral + one helluva black to comm?) Had it on MD some years back, but can't find them.

Could anyone upload it or something? It would make my day..

I have a version of Rockefeller 2000, but it's not very good. Lotsa hiss all
over the place, weird cuts and to top it all off:
A live version of Smashing Pumpkins' "Mayonaise" right in the middle of it!
The taper musta been drunk or something

I wonder where you got that recording, otherdemon.. Mine had alot of hisses too. AND I remember I was fooling around with some Smashing pumpkins-show (I miss that recording too. It was a great one) at that time, I don't know. Might be a coincidence..

Btw, does anyone know if there is an easy way to rip audio from dvd's? I want to listen to the Roadwork 3 on my computer without having to put on the dvd all the time. (I hope they release it on cd sometime in the future. My manic sense of order would implode if I had roadwork 1 + 2 + 4 on cd and 3 on dvd)

I got it from Dimeadozen.

Mayonaise was "sandwiched" right between Song For A Bro and Pills, Powders & Passionplays.
It was even mislabeled big time (once as January 13th 2000 and as April 13th 2000. The real date is April 30th 2000)
And Heartbreaker is split up into Part I and Part II for some reason

Had it not been for the fact that the show is amazing (just fucking look at that setlist!!!!), I would've deleted it.

Thanks man! It worked like hell.. Now I just have to get some software to cut the file into smaller parts. But I guess I'll figure it out..
