Come on you Freaks! I need them all but am lousy at working out tabs and chords.


btw was that really Bent in person who supplied all the lyrics and chords up until AADAP? Who made him stop?

I know a good deal of the bass stuff for LLM, but it's a lot to tab out.. Don't know shit about chords though.

first off:what's the tuning?

Good question. I would give a lot to know. I know the melody/riff from part 1 (lawned) but it's kinda annoying to play with standard tuning.. doesn't sound any good. I guess one could simplify the chords to major and minor chords and then "add flavour".. approximations.. but it's hard to know without the tunings.

could it be the same tuning they adopted for "like always"?

it remembers much more SY tunings (you have a G almost all through the whole song), but it's easy to play even on standard tuning. Just keep on a G chord and start foolin around...you'll find it

and what about the other 3 songs?

Well, I figured out a quite good YZ and the most of the Alchemist, but it takes really toooo much time to write it down...when I'll have the time, I'll try to summarize the thing ok?

I guess so, it's not so hard to play with standard tuning

well, it's not so much about the playing itself, it's more that i'm, like the threadstarter, completely unable to work songs out but i'm looking forward to whatever you're going to transcribe

He stopped after Trust Us. But i've also wondered why. Would have loved for him to pick up where he left off!

yeah I just checked for tunings and lyrics for our "project".


he probably got too busy due to all the tusslin' and fishtankin' that was coming along. and then the fans' contributions poured in anyway.

Yes, it's Bent himself, ask the guys who run this site.
that is, he provided lyrics, tunings and a who-plays-what on each song.
not chords or tabs. the tabs on this site are all from fans.

I doubt anyone made him stop, but as he himself points out on the lyrics page: "I promise I'll try to keep this page updated as long as Motorpsycho keeps releasing stuff,but have patience-these fingers are better suited to musical tasks than computer keyboards!"
so maybe he didn't want to, or he forgot, or
didn't think it was that important, or maybe he was too busy
writing great songs and taking care of his son...? i don't know.
in BH/BC the lyrics were actually printed in the cover, so there
was no point in him giving us those (although i'd like to know
tunings and who played what!)

Anyway, I'd also love it if he could pick it up! I'm nerdy enough
to like knowing who plays what where, and the exact lyrics and tunings.
I've burned myself too many times guessing/mishearing lyrics...

The novelty of it all probably wore off. And I don't think he ever feels like tabbing out the whole of LLM.
