Setlist:

Manmower --> The Wheel
No Evil
Hey, Jane
Starmelt / Lovelight
Sail On
In the Family
Kill Devil Hills (Devil Dog aborted by Bent)
Hyena
You Lied
Neverland

I saw the (amazing) webcast, thanks to nrk p3. I think the list is correct. Good show, Øyvind joined the band again this time. Some good contributions from him, imo, especially during the more spaced out parts, ie. Wheel and KDH. Very good, and rocking show!

The show was good, indeed, although one couldn't free oneself from the thought that the time restraint forced them into sort of a hit parade, If those numbnuts at the Oya festival had any brains, they would have given Motorpsycho a separate stage and let them play for longer. Many MP fans seemed to let Morrisey "sail on", not even watching the show. Kill devil hills and Into the family were highlights for me. The material from the latest CD impressed me more than the old stuff.

A note from a guy who attended the gig: Øivind got some problems with his
vibraphone during The Wheel. I think they originally were going into the
coda of Manmower (they awaited the situation for a few secs). When Øivind
couldn't get it ready, they launched into the coda of The Wheel instead.
And Snah played the main themes that piano and organ played on the original.

Except for Manmower ---->The Wheel and Kill Devil Hills, it was a very festival-
friendly setlist. But fantastic nonetheless. The audience screamed for more
long after they had left stage after Neverland.

A nice night, but unfortunately Morrissey right after became a small anti-climax.

Great! thanks for the info - it was a WDR Rockpalast show, Bizarre 2002, that showed me the magic of MP live for the first time (although I did not know what awaited me until I saw them *really* live in Copenhagen in May). Looking forward to that program.

Yeah, I´ve got that Bizarre 2002 show too... VERY good and what a version of Nothing To Say with such a great trumpet solo and Snah going psychedelic before.
