Look closely at the text at the start of the video... It's recorded in 1993, not 1996. And there's a better "official" leak at Youtube: http://youtube.com/watch?v=WHiC11NtCac This one has snippets of the commentary track, and, best of all, a correct aspect ratio for the picture... It's a double vinyl; never released on CD. And it contains material recorded live from many bands who played that festival. Perhaps the audience weren't in the mix.
