I think this part of the review is very cool! marraCash: I not only thought about the sound of a vinyl record. It´s just the fact that Mp3/IPod/whatever looses a little bit of the fact "to occupy yourself with music" in general. Little kids got their MP3 player with tons of tracks on it, just for the sake of having TONS OF TRACKS on it! And not because of the music is good orby Daniel - Motorpsycho discussion (Old)

For me that´s not possible to download an album of such importance to me before it´s released as a high fidelity sound recording (vinyl for me). A friend of mine didn´t listen to Sigus Ros "Takk" until it was released on vinyl! It´s not only about the cover artwork and everything. More a sound thing. Just listened to the pre-clips at amazon.de... Wow, this sounds awsome and more dark and raw than the past couple of records. Can´t give a real review cause these are only small, bad sounding snips (and i won´t download the whole album two weeks before the release, truly not...). Instead I´m looking forward to get it! I bought LTEC when it was released just before a family trip to Norway. We were going through the country in a rented car and there was this record spinning on my walkman all the time. Since that trip, there is this connection between LTEC and Norway which always lets me think of long empty roads, huge fjords and breathtaking landscapes. Good albums: QOTSA - Lullabies To Paralyze Sigur Ros - Takk NIN - With Teeth Haven´t seen so many concerts: - HGH: Pretty impressed me, I haven´t seen any shows of them yet. - Hypnos 69 (here in Munich): They are pretty good and fresh live but their new record is medium quality I think, too much Pink Floyd/Motorpsycho. - Brant Bjork & Bros. Yeah, you all should really get Electric Ladyland documentary as Aux quoated it. I have The Last Waltz too and I think it´s ok. There are good songs like "It Makes No Difference", "Hoochie Coochie Man" or "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down" (how beautiful is that version). But yes it´s not good throughout. Also, check out the band "Three Fish". They got 2 albums, the second one is a little better in my opinion. It´s a side project of Pearl Jam´s bassist Jeff Ament. Kinda spiritual stuff with an oriental touch. The band made a trip to Egypt and that sorta influenced them to make that music...by Daniel - Motorpsycho discussion (Old)

I guess I wouldn´t be too sad if they continued with TITS, doing shows and albums in a more regular way. The last album + tour really blew me away.
