I used Steinberg Wavelab, and the Split feature (which enables you to place markers on the audio material active in the window, and then split the audio file into the selected parts, using "Auto Split". Note: righ click to place markers - it's called "Generic Marker"- importantly, you need to figure out where each new song starts, and place the markers exactly there, in orderby The Golden Blissard Demon - Motorpsycho discussion (Old)

Evol: There u go then! Something for everyone. About that part; It's not that i don't like it. It's highly interesting and spacy. I just think it's sad that they didn't use that part as a jammy interlude, and went back to the main riff, or ended the track with something else. Ok time for my thoughts; Been listening to the whole thing 4-5 times now, and it's really starting to grow on me! The Suite is simply stunning (gladly i noticed that the poor sound i bitched about before was due to the poor quality streaming from P3) I simply love the two first tracks; Lawned has such a catchy riff and melody + it's so powerful and harmonic. I agree. He's a very good drummer, with alot of dynamic and power. But i just think that he's abit all over the place with that jazzy stuff sometimes. Jazz beats are cool within the context of jazz, but not in a energetic and evolving rock tune. They kinda mess up the tempo abit. You read my mind Captain! I also noticed the change in sound when LLM played. The other stuff (like Rumble in Rhodos) sounded clear and nice, but the MP song sounded rusty and underproduced. Let's hope for a change of mind with the album And as long as we're in the "cons" corner; I don't think that snah's playing on the jammy parts was all that neat. Yeah, plus the streaming quality as quite bad. But to be perfectly honest...i had alittle trouble with the fuzz....abit too much on the noisy side if you ask me. Just a little hint regarding the article. Although the album sounds more and more promising as new interviews and reviews are posted, the article also gives hints towards the upcoming DVD (which they state will be released in April, not may). Sadly (imho), it states that the DVD will contain all their promo videos from the 90's plus a concert performance from 2002. Hiya! I play in a norwegian prog-rock band called Metrognom. We released a cd last year entitled "Twangyluck", and have since then gotten a whole lot of positive feedback from all over the world. Recently, we've apparently won some pole in italy. The problem is that neither me or my band mates speak a word Italian. Looks nice. But i would think that the title "Lucy's Moment" is actually "Little lucid Moments". Sounds more accurate don't you think, that being the title of the new album and all EDIT; Saw your note about the name now. I think i'm gonna make a MP3 version of the album aswell, and split the different songs into sections, so that i can listen to whatever i want, without having to skip back and forth all the time.
