__________

15. Blueberry Daydream
16. THE GOLDEN CORE!!!!

No new songs, many sound problems: In "All is Loneliness" Geb's toms disappeared after two or three strikes, and it took a good minute to recover the amplifier. Problems with voices also. Anyway, the sound was terrible, as in any tent concert...

Best moment, of course, The G.C., which I never heard live (as for Blueberry Daydream). Some misunderstanding during the jazz impro part in Superstooge. They did three jazz impro (Superstooge, Walkin wJ and Whip that Ghost), they were very good, but don't overdo! It can be annoying after some time.

The crowd was impressive: never seen so many shouting and clapping people in an Italian MP show! It seems that MP are enlarging their fanship... and the average age is much lower than in the past: many people under 20, it's something new for MP. It seems LTEC has done its work!

This is why a friend of mine, following MP since 1995, told me that there is the danger to become too much "popular". Of course, it should be very good for MP, but the risk is that the concerts start following too much the 70s fashion, to meet the taste of larger attendance, which is a limit for a band who is admired for its variety of sounds and musical genre. Let's see... I'm going to Brescia now, and then Perugia, Rimini, Milano...

That's all for today
Bye

Marco
