Motorpsycho

When this nominee list was being made, we hade certain plans of not nominating Motorpsycho. Since the band has dominated the Trondheim rock for ten years, has been the Norwegian rock's flagship, had a number of European tours, etc etc etc. We were plannig to be innovative and two steps ahead. But the problem is that "Let Them Eat Cake" is a very good record. It's that simple. If we would overlook Motorpsycho because they've had it going for ten years, it would probably be categorized as snobbery and childish trend arrogance. Motorpsycho deserves cherish and respect because they have with "Let The Eat Cake" taken some brave steps away from the lofi- messy rock that they have perfectionized over the 90s. Besides, Walking With Jesus and Whip That Ghost are awesome.
