Motorpsycho / Hedge Hog
Into The Sun

Review of the Into The Sun split-single with Hedge Hog taken from the
Italian magazine
RUMORE #19 / September 1993.
Italian plus English translation. Transcribed and translated by Sunchild,
translation slightly reworked by the Lighthouse Girl.

Motorpsycho / Hedge Hog
Into The Sun

Speriamo bene...

Quanto agli Hedge Hog, effettivamente si mostrano superiori. Il brano è personale, rozzo e potente. In netta crescita rispetto al passato. Da non perdere.

Motorpsycho / Hedge Hog
Into The Sun

Split single by two great Norwegian bands. This time the disciples beat the masters. Why did Motorpsycho feel compelled to record a (hardly) passable cover of Grand Funk Railroad? Maybe they are trying to tell us that they're beginning a Monster Magnet-style career? I remember that the watershed between the old Monster Magnet ('noise') and the new one ('70's recycling') was a Grand Funk cover. Let's hope for the best...

Regarding Hedge Hog, they prove themselves superior indeed. The song is personal, rough and powerful. A definite growth in comparison to the past. Not to be missed.
