March 25, 2026 at 12:31 #45335I’m glad Neurosis were able to make a new album after all their problems the last few years. Would be a shame to end like that. As a bonus the album is great as well!
My favourite record of the year so far is
Panorama by Hällas. They have been doing retroprog just right for a few years now, but this one might be their best one yet!June 11, 2026 at 12:12 #45536
June 16, 2026 at 10:50 #45555Looks like Ståle Storløkken is a guest on the new Red Kite album coming out in a few days :

June 19, 2026 at 11:51 #45560@crunch – I know it’s fresh, but I think this might be my favourite Red Kite album so far!
I’m also digging the new Kronstad23 album Dødehavet

Only listened to it once, but already have a very good feeling about it. This band has a flawless, stellar discography.I don’t connect much with Kronstad23 (“Sommermørket” was alright, but nothing memorable) but haven’t listen to the new one yet. Thanks for the reminder, will give it a try this weekend.
“Malaria Dream” from Alvarius B. is on heavy rotation at home since a few weeks, most probably my favorite release this year.
