Thanks for your feedback, Crunch!
A map view is something I’m already exploring. The only challenge is that I don’t have all the exact addresses, so I’ll need to search by venue, city, and country. This could be tricky if a venue no longer exists or has changed its name.
I’ll also check out the Guided By Voices website.
You can still use the dropdown filters on the website by typing into them.
Awesome work! Super nice!
“I think the dropdown lists are sort of unusable (on Vivaldi/Chrome),they are too long anyway”
That was the first thing that hit me. I’d rather type in “oslo” then press enter and have all results on a new page than a 90 line droplist. But that’s me (using Firefox).
Yeah I understand what you guys mean with the very long dropdowns. The idea was that you are able to type a city or venue, … but that you are also able to select multiple.
I’ve also noticed the issues with the sidebar filters. I was using a very large screen, so the problem went unnoticed on my end. Now, navigating through the filters should be much easier.
New functionalities:
– Songs played for the first time now receive a “debug” label.
– Songs returning after several years get a label “Back after X years”. This label appears only if the song has been absent for at least 5 years.
