@Kid A Yes i would be great if they included more songs that weren't on a RW release before. But, and i am just speculating here, it could very well be that if they hadn't include Un Chien this release wouldn't be this long but 80 mins like the other volumes. I love this version, and Colgogne is great too. Is it better than the version on RW1? No i don't think so. I think that one i the ultimate version. But it's pretty awesome to have a version that is this good in this audio quality with half of the band new and recorded almost 20 after the RW1 version.
I hope for many many more RW releases in the future. There are a lot of songs that deserve to be released and a lot of tours too i think.
June 22, 2018 at 10:05 #32756So apparently no digital / download / streaming release of RWV? I do not collect LPs anymore and I don't have a device to play CDs anymore. Too bad.
June 22, 2018 at 10:45 #32757The Stickman edition is a download card – and you get the LPs for free
June 22, 2018 at 11:26 #327583 and 5 just arrived. Volume 5 straight on the player, volume up, windows open … a little quiet rolling entry to Ship of Fools and then POW! When that guitar kicked in the hairs on my arms all stood up, a chill ran down my spine and a huge smile hit my face. Oh yes. Oh hell yes.

June 22, 2018 at 13:40 #32760Listening to roadwork 5, sounds great! Solid yellow vinyl misprinted version. So un chien on same recordðŸ‘
June 22, 2018 at 13:42 #32761To be honest, I think the Chien on RW1 is a bit overrated. A couple of the versions with Kapstad + Bremen & Köln from last year are IMO far superior; that track is like a fine wine that just get better as years go by!
EDIT: Also the Brussels 2006 version with Jacco + Øyvind is mindblowing!
June 22, 2018 at 14:32 #32762Here is something i cant understand. What does rw4 have different design than the rest of rw covers? Hoping for repress with same design as the rest
June 22, 2018 at 14:37 #32763Can someone please add the Rune versions on discogs? I can't be arsed…RW3 & RW5 Rune versions is up on discogs now

Though I love my vinyl, I need a way to listen to my music on the go, so I need the streaming as well.
June 23, 2018 at 23:17 #32765sTARhAMMER: Someone should make this as a "slipcase".
June 24, 2018 at 09:25 #32766Thats perfectðŸ‘ðŸ¼ðŸ‘
June 24, 2018 at 09:52 #32767My format of choice is CD. However the most cost effective purchase was to order Roadwork 5 from Stickman with download code. I have just learnt that there is a shop now in the UK offering the Rune Grammofon version with CD. That's very annoying if its true. The investigation continues. Best to all pschonauts.
June 24, 2018 at 16:06 #32768Same here, yearning for a cd anomaly apparition phenomenon of RW5, in fact of all RW!
June 24, 2018 at 16:38 #32769Well, I ordered and received both RW3 and RW5. RW5 is the one I was most excted about and it is brilliant, but it's RW3 (which I've never heard, except for 577, which is available on YouTube) that's on heavy rotation at my house. What a brilliant album. Must have been an incredible gig. And I understand now why so many of you go on about this version of Hogwash.
