Ok, I guess this is a long shot. Some time back in the late nineties, Motorpsycho joined forces with Motorpsykkel (Ulf Risnes ++) under the moniker … Psykopsykkel (duh!) to record a version of Marius Müller’s «Den Du Veit» (sung in trøndersk). It was meant for the 1999 compilation Jeg Gleder Meg Til År 2000 (to which the Tusslers also contributed with Wannskrækk’s «Trist Historie»). In the end, it was omitted from the final release. Thus, the only time (to my knowledge) the public got to hear the recording was when NRK P3 aired it at an early stage of the compilation project. I used to tape a lot of MP related stuff (interviews, live shows etc.) from P3 back in those days, but wasn’t prepared for that one. I can’t remember ever hearing about it being in circulation, but I’d really like to hear the song again! So, any hope?
Oh, and also: Has anyone got an mp3 of «Gerhard» from the Red and Blue sampler (2002)? I only ever got to hear a short (and, tbh, quite forgettable) snippet of it, but I remember the melody. Would love to hear the whole thing.
