I still don’t really like the song, but it is fun to watch.
June 3, 2009 at 13:29 #12172I like the song, but hate the vocals. So i found myself waiting for the ending (the instrumental part), but sadly they cut it short on this one.
Man, that dude sings terrible!
June 3, 2009 at 15:45 #12173now wait… who’s that dude? he sings just like jello biafra. awesomely!
June 3, 2009 at 16:12 #12174Seriously? He was off note and off beat the whole song through, ruining an otherwise cool song. That’s what i think..
June 3, 2009 at 16:42 #12175who is the “werewolf” at the keys!?
June 3, 2009 at 18:52 #12176Quote:Seriously? He was off note and off beat the whole song through, ruining an otherwise cool song. That’s what i think..Of course he’s off, but that doesn’t ruin anything for me. It’s the soul that counts. Some perfectly-trained-on-pitch moooooon in juuuuune singers can ruin songs for me. I’m looking at you, Mr Creed and Dream Theater. Well… not that there’s much to ruin there anyway.
It’s also weird that a guy can impersonate Jello so perfectly. Do you know The Jesus Lizard? David Yow made singing out of tune a fantastic piece of art.
June 3, 2009 at 20:26 #12177I see your point, but i can’t stand behind it. Let’s just agree to disagree shall we
By the way i haven’t heard him…and i don’t think i want to either

though he’s not really off, actually…
June 4, 2009 at 13:56 #12179Well that wasn’t half bad! But i still stand by my statement regarding that stockbroker, or whatever he’s called. Ok so Mr Yow shouts his lyrics, but he’s still on beat.Same as Jello on the orignal Punch. But that Atilla dude made an ass of himself imho. You mentioned soul in your previous post; To me, he lacked just that. It could seem like he wasn’t aware of what the band played at all…he just shouted the lyrics totally at random.
Aaah….it sucked!!
But feel free to feel otherwise
June 5, 2009 at 07:48 #12180Mr. Stockbroker is a poet and a ranter. He isn’t a singer in a band. I was at the concert. Really dug what he did. Didn’t expect the best vocal performance of the century not this evening. If you are into good vocal performances somehow MP isn’t the band, although they have their moments . And I know what I’m speaking of, have seen them atleast 100 times through the years. Also I’ve been a “fan” of Attila longer than I’m been a MP “fan”. If sombody would have mentioned that I will ended up seeing MP with Attila as vocalist just a year ago, I would have said nuts!!!
So take it for what it is, a evning of fun, not alot of practise behind it I guess. It wasn’t ment to be something important. Chill out, enjoy it or not. don’t make to much fuzz about it. The Internet is silly
June 5, 2009 at 19:01 #12181Haha i’ve got no problem letting it go. But punk ranter or not, it still sucked
June 16, 2009 at 12:41 #12182…….not
August 2, 2009 at 12:16 #12183Well, I was pointed in this direction…
we only rehearsed together once, for 10 minutes!
I thought it was fun, actually – but each to their own.
Cheers A
August 2, 2009 at 13:26 #12184Hey there. As I wrote, you nailed it for me.
But I didn’t notice that skeleton morlockman before in the clip. Cool.
