Btw.: The Tampere show was taped. Has anyone more information about it?
May 6, 2011 at 15:35 #18397What a juicy setlist!
May 6, 2011 at 15:39 #18398Juicy indeed!
May 7, 2011 at 11:33 #18399He Makke75,
Tampere was a very very nice show indeed. You are the guy from Koln a presume? Well, I’m the Dutch dude. When I'd travelled back to Tallinn the day after I got the first messages from friends about the Eindhoven gig. Yes, another party to looking forward. Effenaar is a real cool club. If you are intend to go and need a place to crash, your welcome at my place. For those who are interested in the Helsinki setlist.

May 7, 2011 at 11:57 #18400Quote:In Tampere there was sort of a short intermezzo near the end of 'Hogwash' that they didn't play in Helsinki. Anyone has an idea what it could have been? That must have been the familiar "Halleluwah"-quote. So they played a (rather rare) "Halleluwah"-less "Hogwash" in Helsinki and the regular "Hogwash > Halleluwah > Hogwash" the following night, which makes the Tampere 04.05. set look like this:
The Bombproof Roll & Beyond >
Hogwash >
Halleluwah >
Hogwash >
Cornucopia >
Mountain >
Neanderthal
Whole Lotta Diana >
Starhammer >
Hallucifuge >
All Is Loneliness
(Btw, Pfnuesel and Makke75, do you remember hearing parts of "The wheel" in Tampere maybe? Then we could pretty much confirm that they indeed played "Starhammer").
My god — that is what I call a good Motorpsycho setlist! Played for 20 people in attendance? Wow. WE MUST GET THAT TAPE!
May 7, 2011 at 12:04 #18401Thanks Tinnie for the Helsinki setlist! Did they play "The wheel" inside "Starhammer"?
May 7, 2011 at 13:50 #18402Hei Tinnie,
yes that's me. And pfnuesel is one of the swiss guys, I guess? Eindhoven would be cool, let's see, thank you for the invitation! I was once at Effenaar, maybe 2004, seeing a Festival with Monster Magnet, Orange Goblin, Grand Magus and Witchcraft.
A really cool place!
SETLIST TAMPERE: I can't remember "The Wheel"…
May 8, 2011 at 07:25 #18403Hey makke75,
Unfortunately, the effenaar you visited for Roadburn '04 (it was great!) does not exist anymore. They tore it down & built a big ugly concrete box in its place.
Lots of psychonauts love the "new" effenaar, though; see for yourself in the autumn & make up your own mind but just so you know — it's nothing like the effenaar you remember.
May 8, 2011 at 10:10 #18404Yes, Swiss I am. Nice meeting you guys, always good to have some fellow travelers around. :o)
I didn't hear a wheel either.
May 8, 2011 at 21:52 #18405there was no starhammer…
May 9, 2011 at 07:22 #18406…in Tampere? So like this?
The Bombproof Roll & Beyond >

All Is Loneliness
May 9, 2011 at 15:43 #18407yeah, and i cant remember diana either..guess the recordings will tell
May 10, 2011 at 07:07 #18408@ babski
Do you know if a recording exists or do you hope so? Motorpsycho recordings are very rare nowadays, especially on shows with few fans in the audience.
May 10, 2011 at 20:18 #18409there was one audio rec and one video rec in the audience…so there should be something out there
May 12, 2011 at 09:34 #18410That's what people keep saying about shows lately, but very few recordings seem to show up.
