I seems that our list is quite different than "Supersonic Scientists – A Young Person's Guide To Motorpsycho".
Our list for the MP newbies would be:
Go To California
Big Surprise
The Promise
S.T.G.
The Magic and The Wonder
Demon Box
Nerve Tattoo
Plan #1
Taifun
The Wheel
Kill Devil Hills
The Alchemyst
Walking on the Water
Giftland
Hell 1-3
@ Blashyrkh – I gotta say, I think that list is a much better primer than Supuersonic. Don't get me wrong, I love most everything on that release but it seemed more Anthology and less Introduction.
Best song: Un Chien d'Espace – by far. Thirteen minutes and forty seconds of formal perfection.
Best solo: Flick and 577. Flick is dirtier, so I suppose I prefer that
Best Riff: Kill Some Day, the mellotron bridge.
Song: Little Lucid Moments (suite)
Solo: Ratcatcher
Riff: Demon Box
Song to let someone to get to know Motorpsycho: Cornucopia (…Or Satan, Uh… Something)
Song: Trapdoor
Solo: Wishing Well (Live)
Riff: Hogwash
Song to let someone to get to know Motorpsycho: Vortex Surfer (surprised that is wasn´t mentioned before)
Song: Gullible`s Travails
Best álbum: HEAvy Metal Fruit
Solo: Wishing Well (Roadwork IV)
Riff: Starhammer
Bass line: Entropy
Vocal: Cloudwalker
Song to let someone to get to know Motorpsycho: Lacuna Sunrise / Golden Core / Mad Sun (HaircutsDVD)…sorry
Cover: HMF
Song of all time? Vortex Surfer
Solo? 577

Song to let someone to get to know Motorpsycho? Un Chien d'Espace
