I’m going to Bergen for the Landmark shows too. I’ve been to Oslo several times but never in Bergen. Shame about the rain which probably means little exploring, but I’m looking forward to the shows!
March 12, 2026 at 10:07 #45233Anyone here need a ticket for Friday’s show at Landmark, Bergen? I bought for both days, but can only go on Thursday…
March 12, 2026 at 15:22 #45237Is there any chance they are playing in Belgium this year?

Is it still available, pfft?

Mail me at bardhod@gmail.com if interested 👍March 12, 2026 at 18:58 #45240> Pingvinen is a good place for local food and beer close to the venue.
Fantastic suggestion, thanks Mjah!
March 24, 2026 at 16:40 #45322March 24, 2026 at 17:31 #45324They played the song Demon Box (+ Chien) in 2008 but not the whole album of I remember that right. Nonetheless interesting news, especially the end of the infotext:
“(…)The band is joined by some musician friends from the Scandinavian music scene. You’ll find out who they are later!”
March 24, 2026 at 19:31 #45326I also remember the 2008 concert being a free concert.
I wonder if maybe they will do some reworked versions of the stuff they made for the outdoor Fredrikstad concert in 2024 that got cancelled because of weather.
March 24, 2026 at 20:16 #45327You both remember correctly, guys. I was there, too.
And Demon Box (the song) was a TOTAL surprise to everyone attending the show, wasn’t it? I can’t remember if Helge/Deathprod joining in had been announced or not, but that was great as well.-

March 24, 2026 at 22:07 #45330It was announced! Because of that I traveled to Oslo in 2008.

March 24, 2026 at 23:37 #45332The 2008 show was billed as “Motorpsycho and Deathprod,” with no details on what they’d actually play—but let’s be honest, most of us showed up expecting Demon Box.
This upcoming gig, though, might just be a straight-up regular set. The press release/short bio reads more like a generic blurb from the organizer than any kind of hint about something special.
March 25, 2026 at 10:33 #45333I don’t think that the gig will contain a regular set. It is scheduled for the afternoon (3pm to 5:30pm). Maybe it will be a part of an exhibition or festival (not necessarily a music festival).
March 25, 2026 at 11:59 #45334I also think this concert won’t be a regular set. In the infotext it is mentioned that “[t]he band is joined by some musician friends from the Scandinavian music scene. You’ll find out who they are later!”. And last year they wrote: “This autumn we have also started work on brand new music with new people in key positions, and you might get to hear some of that next year too, we’ll see! Early days, but already feeling fresh and sounding promising!” (see: https://motorpsycho.no/2025/11/psychonauts/), so this concert might actually be where they (first?) play this new music with these new collaborators.
