Very disappointed to find that my local Platekompaniet did not have the Demon Box box today.
Completely shocked to be informed that they most likely would not have it in the shop at all…special order only, except they don't take special orders in December…d'oh!! But he kindly told me I could buy it online. Thanks, but I'll pass on that suggestion.
What has the world come to? I practically grew up in a record store.
At least it was some consolation to come home and find the fourth fragment in my mailbox. Digging the CD as I type!
is track 8 on cd4 written wrong several times? shouldn't it be "maNson's children"?
at least in/on the cd box.
It is actually Masons Children, a Grateful Dead song, but Bent called it Mansons Children as it was on a Charles Manson compilation
ah, ok. thanks for clarification!
btw anyone figures out how the hidden/bonus tracks on cd4 are named?

is it just me or do some of you have this "like-you-never-heard-it-before"-experience too? that re-mastering for the vinyl is gorgeous.
and yes – you're absolutely right Ivan – it has to be

yes, the remastering (on vinyl) is pure bliss. haven't listend to the "regular" album on the cd box yet.

Not that it makes any difference, but the cover photo seems to be a lot darker on the new release:

Also I just finished watching the Vera recording. Quality was better than expected! When can we buy that red gnome from the webshop?
That embryonic version of The Golden Core is downright stellar!

The picture quality is also a lot better on the original.

Does anyone recognize the song that is played in the middle of "Mountain" at the end of the DVD? I know that riff, but can't remember what it is…
