Yes please. Starhammer has some "Arne H" freedom in the jam phase since … Liége – Reflector (April this year) I think. Love it!
Starhammer is just ridiculously far out tonight. Yes, it also made me think of Arne H! Will have to go back to Liege and check it out
Well for me it started to have sth. "new/different" in Liége as was it was my first time seeing it with Tomas on drums. That real Arne H. twist is more recent I think.
Seems there's a jammy twist in quite a few songs recently, really. Taifun is also getting a psychedelic treatment.
Oslo three days before Liege also has a far out Starhammer. That's when they played it with Thomas for the first time. Same recording has a 16 min Dreamhome, one of the first really long ones.
Now, the Tower for encore!
Haha, true! Though they didn't prolong the "quiet" section before the "proper" solo this time.
Damn, The Tower is just a well-oiled steamroller by this point. Every transition played to perfection.
