    > Loneliness is either Haarlem '09 or Dresden '08

    > (on the Haarlem bootleg it segues into Cornucopia

Definitely Haarlem, because of the transition into Cornucopia.

So the Alchemyst ist from Bremen, I guess. It didn´t take too much magic to produce this smooth transition between KDH and Alchemyst.

Yeah I'm leaning towards Haarlem myself now.

But there is no bootleg from Dresden '08, so we don't know how long Loneliness was that night.

So until I have it in my hands, I won't totally dismiss Dresden '08

      Looky here:

"Skronk" is a term coined by Robert Christgau (or at least Lester Bangs attributed it to him in his "A Reasonable Guide to Horrible Noise") to describe the music made by musicians in the late '70s art-punk movement No Wave (i.e. DNA, Teenage Jesus and the Jerks, etc.), and like-minded noisy or 'difficult' pieces of music.

      Intrepid – brave, fearless.

from amazon.de (release date: 29.04.2011 sic!):

it sasys it's the last roadworks…

it could mean "latest" but then it's expressed in a unclear way…you could for example write "Mit der vierten und BIS JETZT letzten Ausgabe aus ihrer "Roadwork"-Serie"…but the first sentence "Letzter Teil der Live-Anthologie der norwegischen Rockband." seems to be quite nmistakable…let's hope that they are wrong…

i asked stickfrau, seems that it's translation mistake…it's not the last roadworks…

There shouldn´t be any discussion, dear amazon, cause this point is very clear.

Just came home from work, and what is it that the postman has brought? Oh yeah. The Rune/Royal Mail combo delivers fast & early in the UK. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll have to listen for a bit.

                #19050

And now I have listened for a while. Oh my oh my, where to start? My head's buzzing, it is a lot to take in. This is jamfeast. This is Snahfeast. The record's motto BENTISLOUDKENNETHISFASTBUTONLYSNAHISGOD is quite fitting… It is a lot of great guitarwork here, a lot. A lot of great singing as well, sometimes quite low in the mix. A lot of subtlety you won't pick up on audience recordings, or even live, including pedal operated mellotrons etc. Highlights? AIL of course, is guaranteed to blow your mind. The Alchemyst is extremely well played, and that groove, with Snah on top? Holy… Wishing Well? An acoustic little ditty it is not.

Time for a whisky and another listen. This is great stuff guys.
