Wow - new sandbox and still almost clean - I'm happy to leave my crap here immediately

I only fear the shitty stuff has already exhausted itself in the other thread, where it obviously didn't belong.

No Motorpsycho gigs for those not vaccined - or at least for those insulting conscientous people as "needleheads" - I will support that immediately! Sounds harsh - but those denying the impact of the pandemic deserve no better.

Ha! Now without too many emotions: If vaccination is a condition for allowing bands to play again, I fully support Bent's position. Better to play for a selected, vaccinated audience then not to play at all.

As for the various positions regarding vaccination mentioned:
Sure - we don't know too much about long term effects of the vaccines available - how could we? Scientifically speaking there is hardly any reason why those should arise, but you knever know. What we do know in the meantime is that there are quite some long term effects of Covid desease - it's not just a "flu" for some, but leaves them in bad condition for a long time after. Long Covid effects should not be belittled.

Those ominous two per cent often mentioned do refer to the number of fatalities among those suffering from Covid desease - not the number of the whole population. Still - every casualty is one too much. Sure - people die for various reasons anyway, but this is not an excuse to let the pandemic take its course without necessary measures. If you let it run wild many more people will catch it and so more people will die or suffer long term effects. And as people are psychologically not capable of observing caution measures for an unlimited time it seems vaccination is really the only way out, if you want your freedoms back again.
So come on you sissys and overcome your needle fear!

If they only could get their hands on enough vaccines or produce them faster...

"everybody here in this thread is a psychonaut and wants to see his favourite band live again, the needle junkies and the rebels too, so reach hands and dance together at the next show, that is, what this discussion shoud be about"

@ Johnny Hearfield; The word was not "neadlehead" but "needle junkies". Maybe some digital psychonauts and/or mp3-junkies have forgotten to live and to laugh. So because of that point, a shoot in their arms is propably in fact a good idea. So we can hope their dead brains will get reanimated. Some less digital psychonauts ordered "Kingdom of Oblivion" on vinyl and don´t need immediately an injection of homour...

Hope this is political correct sandbox level?

    Reminds me at this:

Ok - "needle junkies" with "dead brains" need a shot of humour? Strong stuff...

I just wonder - why you so 100 per cent sure of your position? No doubts, no reflexion - do you call that humour? Strange how some people project their mindset on others
But you're right - a little more lightness and humour would help in these matters. So let's have a laugh together at the next MP gig!

Hopefully my last post for the near future (if somebody doesn't accuse me of something I haven't said or deny something I've never done and I have to justify myself for it just because the person is not able to read, to understand, or to combine, and what only expresses itself
plays in his head, or what he has littered himself with from the media.

I have now tried everything that I understand by that, to create a more or less equal justice, even if I therefore had to rely a little more on one of the two sides:

Finally to all psychonauts who were able to maintain tolerance and differentiated thinking and also to those in the background who just read along, think their part and don't want to have anything to do with all the childish crap and just want their usual dose for more than a year missing Motorpsycho:

Apart from any restrictions, it is entirely up to Motorsycho and us how we can get back together. All of them, not just those who want to be vaccinated or those who do not want to be vaccinated.

Personally, I think it is possible to find a just solution for everyone if those who really want to have been vaccinated and the others are not.

So please, love you all again, and do not believe everyone (including the writer of these lines) has already eaten the wisdom or knows the truth.

Nobody really knows what the future will bring, but it is up to us to level it.

So I apologize for the annoyance. I'd rather write about other things too. But I'd much rather hear Motorpsycho live again. Like all of us.

Constructive suggestions in this regard would be great.

Gladly in a new thread. And gladly also without me.

Otherwise, until further notice, adios. Now I have to listen to all the Motorpsycho records one after the other in order to be able to reflect on the essentials in life.

    cheers

(translated (this time) by google translate. and last words: Maybe my sense of humour doesn´t work in my bad english, at digital places, behind a mask and in quarantine, without seeing und feeling humans)

@the conscience: You got a point there - digital interfaces sometimes seem to eat up humour. Happens to me all the time ;-). Let's hope for better times and enjoy the albums meanwhile...
