Bent's answer was one answer to one question at one point in time and you make a whole case around it?

          it's really simple:

          it's not about me

          it's not about you

          it's about us

          so shut up

          wear masks

          wash hands

          maintain distance

          get vaccinated asap

by following those simple steps in an adult manner we'd never have had to go into lockdown. but maybe it's too simple, some people want things to be complicated and themselves to feel smarter than the rest, therefore conspiracy theories and non-acceptance of simple truths. in deep winter we wear scarfs and gloves without crying out for personal freedom.

            thx for posting!

"zäsur" in english… it might be something like "paradigm shift", I guess… something happens which changes everything, and the perception and handling of "what is" has to adapt to new circumstances.

I guess that's pretty much the point. I don't see any reason to complain about anything else. There's always one colour we don't like in that M&M's bag. And as with any release in any form: Buy or don't buy. In this case here I won't because I'm not really interested, no matter the price tag.

Speaking of shelving: Maybe songs developed through the Gullvag trilogy which didn‘t fit in ended up on this one. Like what gave us Barracuda in the height of their pop years…

Second that. More is more as proven since 1989. It seems they’re just constantly at it. What‘s the longest break from playing/working they ever took? A month maybe? They‘d have to have to release an album every three months to ever have a weak obsolete album. Considering the re-released box sets, that amount of temporarily shelved stuff in there speaks volumes. Can‘t compare them to other bands with „ordinary“ schedules, partially due to contractual obligations as well, though, I guess.

yes my thoughts, too. I was wondering last night where they'd go now. For no particular reason at all I imagine this one will be a bit more mellow. Just a gut feeling. Still somewhat "proggy" but also more on the acoustic guitar side, with strings and keys and shorter songs. Maybe the IALC of nowadays? Well, depends who's on the record with them. If anyone at all.

A new schläger? Already??? Feels TAIO’s been out for just a few months. Well I did doze a lot through 2020, but still…
