Bent had to change faulty cables TWICE(!!!) during the show, and it took quite some time to locate the problem on both occations.
As always on Kvarteret, there were loads of drunk drop-ins who were more into drinking and talking loud than listening. Annoying in the quiet parts. I also noticed a fair amount of flatulence in the crowd But the band seemed to be in a party-mood, especially Snah. Bent looked a bit more tired and lackluster towards the end.
I notice a change of generations among the psychonauts. I talked to a lot of 18/19-yr old guys after the show, who were really into the new albums, esp. HMF.
KK is GOD!
Bummed out is an understatement, I’m going into a depression here. @devotional: The article (humorously) says they have too much equipment to get on a regular public bus. If they have tomorrow open anyway, I don’t see why they can’t get a nightliner. I’d be willing to chip in if that’s what it takes.
@ Neil: Nope, 320 kbps from Pk. And appearantly free…
I just got the mp3 album on platekompaniet.no, and I somehow got it for free. Says NOK 79 in the search result, but at checkout it said 0,00, and I never entered my card details.
Is Bedroom Eyes missing, or is my memory playing tricks on me?
Don’t remember/ don’t know the new songs, but they played pretty much the same songs as in Stavanger, with the addition of Sinful Windborn! Opened with Year Zero, closed with The Golden Core.
AMAZING show! Energy was through the roof, both off and on stage. Snah and Bent were grinning through most of the set
