February 2, 2010 at 23:54 #16327No, I haven’t I’m afraid…
February 3, 2010 at 08:33 #16328Now I have applied to be a volunteer worker at the Øya festival. Hoping for a positive answer. I just can’t miss this!
February 3, 2010 at 09:51 #16329Too bad you’ll be handing out antibac behind the Vika stage while the rest of us watch Motorpsycho play Timothy’s Monster in its entirety
February 3, 2010 at 12:39 #16330> I wonder if Motorpsycho like the Cure anyway…
They covered the Cure song “Push” as Kanon @ Molde Jazz Fest in 2007
February 3, 2010 at 12:56 #16331wow! is there any sign of what day they’ll be playing?! i really want to fly over for this (i live in england) but i don’t think i could afford a ticket for the full weekend.
February 3, 2010 at 13:00 #16332i think i’d go for TM or AADAP. but as i won’t be there anyway i won’t vote.
would love to see trapdoor & grindstone!!!

aadap on the other hand: pppp, in the family, back to source, have spacesuit & timothy’s monster!!!!
uff, tough call
btw, just realized that the 2006 oya-gig was quite aadap-focused! in the family, starmelt, the wheel
February 3, 2010 at 13:35 #16333Quote:They covered the Cure song “Push” as Kanon @ Molde Jazz Fest in 2007woah! must have this. is there a recording?
February 3, 2010 at 14:02 #16334TM gets the most votes for best album here: http://www.vg.no/musikk/artikkel.php?artid=583810
February 3, 2010 at 14:51 #16335I was at the Cure trilogy show and I have to say that was the most awesome concert experience of my life! (and that includes 20+ MP-gigs) MP could easily do this. They could have 3 Trilogys:
Timothy-AADP-Blissard
LTEC-Ptime-IALC (I wouldn’t be too excited about that one, actually)
LLM-COTF-HMF
@supernaut: The Kanon gig was on Dime I think. The song is without vocals, though, as it is part of one big 70 minute jam with some covers at the end.
February 3, 2010 at 15:59 #16336what the…? phanerothyme and let them eat cake above trust us? i love both of them, but… won’t be able to go there, but i’ll still vote while hoping there will be a roadwork. now that would be a gift for the fans. my list looks like this:
3 – trust us
2 – timothy’s monster
1 – angels and daemons at play
while guessing that timothy’s monster will make it. the wheel with kenneth on drums, got to be enormous anyway. just wondering in what version they would play the ocean in her eye, the new faster version as played in autumn?…
February 3, 2010 at 16:27 #16337@Andreas the Totenoid: That’s why I wrote that I only wanted to rig up or down, before or after, the festival
February 3, 2010 at 17:04 #16338Rattlesnake: Good call! Do you get free pass all four days if you volunteer the day before and the day after the festival?
