November 13, 2009 at 00:52 #15116Amazing show, dedicated audience.
Thanks to my Italian friends who took care of me
and drove to the venue.
The venue was somewhere in an industrial aera,
almost everyone went by car.
‘The Golden Core’
November 13, 2009 at 00:55 #15117mindblowing show tonight 8O
one of my best 3 out of 27
f a n t a s t c i c setlis
Everithing was better tonight than yestarday:
the club, the audience, the band mood, the atmosphere, the sound, the setlis (the’ve dried out the weak songs  )…maybe some little mistake in the developement of some tracks but a really deeper sound and presence impact!
the sequence:
sinful > like always > whishing well > greener > back to source was incredible, pure 96-97!!
almost no pauses in between songs, solid heavy rock show with short jams and a lot of drones
maybe we have finally found a good venue near Milano for MP! the new “live club” is really nice! much more people than yesterday and then last year in Milano…this is a real good news.
For the next concerts pray the’ll continue to put in setlist whishing well and back to source, they really deserves a listen.
last note, on an official setlist thers written
G.C. eller Year 0
is G.C. or Year 0??
if so we were very lucky to have got the good one
November 13, 2009 at 01:00 #15118Nice setlist again. Hum, Hey Jane… A great song but I’ve heard it so often at concerts that it actually wasn’t top of my wishlist. Yet, they’re still adding songs, and that keeps the tension for Deventer.
Still no Child of the future or Waiting game. I wonder if we gonna hear them this tour…?
November 13, 2009 at 01:12 #15119Just arrived back home, wow great show! the club was cool, quite big and recently built. A bit anonymous though. The sound quality was excellent! Many people but not overcrowded . I was so lucky to have a press ticket so i watched all the gig from a combortable couch in a quiet area on snah’s side.
It’s been much more good sounding than the 2 last times i’ve seen them (Milan 2008 Alcatraz, Oslo 2007, Rockefeller) both those sounded like a big mess.
The setlist was great, not entirely a 1997 show like i’ve read about Bologna, but a pretty exciting one.
My highlights: Greener and Plan#1 both extremely well played and the super-heavy Back to Source.
Down point: no movie/video projections! has all the tour been without or it was just Milan?
November 13, 2009 at 01:19 #15120Doesn’t seem as if they’ve got video projections this tour. They definitely didn’t in Bielefeld and Köln.
November 13, 2009 at 01:32 #15121in the middle of cornucopia jam they played a cover tune, only few words and notes…haven’t recognized it, anyone?
the video of TGC is not working (too long it seems…)
November 13, 2009 at 01:53 #15122It was a pleasure for us, Withnail.
Nice to meet you!
Amazing show with a great setlist!
Thank you Motorpsycho!!!

Sorry about TheGoldenCore, Youtube allows max video length
of 10 minutes.
Out of respect, there is no where in TGC where I can make the cut.
November 13, 2009 at 10:12 #15124God I really hope they will keep playing “Back To Source” at the remaining shows – the right tune to blow my f**king dolorous mind “Wishing Well” would be great, too. Plus a spaced out smooth beginning with a “Taifun” somewhere in the beginning… plus “V.S.” in the end, if the audience is as silent as in ’97… well it will be a good one anyway. What a band!
November 13, 2009 at 11:52 #15125Quote:Youtube allows max video lengthof 10 minutes.
That can’t be true. I have watched whole two hour long Radiohead Concerts on Youtube.
November 13, 2009 at 12:18 #15126only certain users are allowed to upload vids longer than 10 mins on youtube..
i say you upload the vid anyway, but overlap a little when you cut..
