hey! I've only now realized that "Neanderthal" used to consist of "Hell" (or "Dog Parade""…) and "Through the Veil"!!!
ehm… eh… it was there last night. somewhere. ehm…. ooops. :lol:
but anyway, that's an amazing version of Veils, great lighting. woah.
Happy holidays everyone! Just wanted to express my ultimately belated gratitude for "The Afterglow". I never really appreciated "Stillife with Eggplant", and I still don't, BUT mentioned song really is a wonderfully crafted gem, being horribly placed after the train wreck that is "Ratcatcher". It certainly is not the band at their furthest out, but after giving it a spin… Well, after a rather timid start, that really is some incredibly well-crafted build-up of a song. All kinds of harmonic twists, that magic yearning undertone, an incredible solo from Snah…. all that naturally clocking in below 6 minutes…simply wonderful! Would have also nicely fitted onto "It's a Love Cult" or the second half of "BH/BC". That is basically it. Thank you :MPD:
