Otherdemon: The setup on stage was Fiske – Bent – Snah – KK. It might have had something to do with the sound, I don't know..

The stage at Rockefeller looks deeper (distance from the back carpet to the stage edge) than the one in Bergen. My guess is Kenneth was placed to the side so the crew could have easy access to the back of the amps.
