@cosmicmasseur, you have to send a mail to the moderators of the forum. They will change the permissions for your username.

@ cosmicmasseur: You need a program to download torrents. The most common one is "utorrent". You have to install it first. Do you already have it?

Utorrent might not be the safest torrent-software-thingy anymore with all the extra adds and software, I'd get qBittorent!
