My bands:
The Eve:
Innerlogic:

Girls On Top:

The Eve is the one most likely to be compared to Motorpsycho because we like to stretch out our songs and improvise, Innerlogic is post-hardcore in the vein of Jawbox/Snapcase/Helmet/Refused, Girls On Top is my full on indiepop-band.
May 13, 2010 at 18:53 #15361Great. The Eve are my faves here.

Chill, intimate acoustic music. Only a demo though, with quite bad sound quality. Will go studio in September!

has been described as “post-rock Johnny Cash” and “doom country drone” in reviews. I dunno.

I am involved in two projects, none of them directly inspired by Motorpsycho (meaning “sounding like”), but both trying to follow their way regarding attitude and their joyful sense of sharing. Hope you enjoy them.

August 27, 2010 at 15:52 #15369Hi guys,
I also registered for this topic, because indeed : the music we play wouldn’t be the same if it weren’t for MS
Our band is called Mount Venus. We’re no Motorpsycho clone, but it’s a solid influence for sure, for the majority of the band members at least.
Other influences would be : A Perfect Circle, Oceansize, Porcupine Tree, …
You can check us out on :

Oh, .. we are from Belgium btw
