Motorpsycho and Sweden doesn’t really go along so well. No matter if Debaser in Stockholm, Plan B in Malmö or like today Musikens Hus in Gothenburg the crowd is non attentive, talkative and not up for the MP experience.
Sound problems throughout the entire show.
Most probably one of the weaker MP concerts in 30 years and in all respect to the new drummer; why so shy!? MP lives a lot through the dynamic of their drummers regardless their individual style.
The Tower fell like the one of Babel.
Well, thanks anyway for passing by.

Does anyone have anything positive to say?
Even if this qualifies among the five least brilliant of the 20 times I’ve seen them, it actually was very good – at times even great – and well worth the trip from Stockholm. While not amazing on the Motorpsycho-scale it was still better than most other bands’ shows I’ve attended this year. Olaf might not be my favorite type of drummer, which probably was my main “problem”, and as a dude that always want 100% Motorpsycho, three covers is of course too many and quite a downside, but hey, I accept and respect.
Predictable as I am, the highlights were “Mad sun”, “Manmower” and (finally – first time for me) “Mountain”. I’m not a big fan of “All my life (I love you)” on “Neigh!!” (I find it just silly), but live it somehow made more sense and it seemed like a fun song to play.
