2. Does anyone knows what the shipping to germany cost?

When I bought the thing about a year ago, I had to pay shipping charges of fourty euros and on top of that a 30 euro customs fee…

A friend in Oslo just bought a copy for me and shipped it to the UK. He paid 200kr for shipping to the UK.
