Two weeks ago I moved to Istanbul to live with my girl who's got a job here. Last week we already went for a short holiday to Anatolia. And there, in Kayseri, we came across this and spent the night there:

… well, I looked it up in the dictionnary ( 'cause almost every Turkish name has a meaning), and it means: "wall, dam, barrage". Considering Bent's bass (especially live) it kinda fits!

Btw, before I moved to this great city I was a little bit afraid of a presumebly scarce musical scene, but nope! It might be a bit different from (the rest of) Europe but we'll still get to see some great concerts! Next week it's MIDLAKE and EFTERKLANG! That's a pretty good start, although I have little hope that MP will ever play here…
