Does anyone know who to contact if I want to check an order?
I ordered a hoodie from the MP shop on 29 December, money left my account that same day, but the hoodie's not yet come. I emailed info@motorpsycho.no but got no reply, and tried phoning the booking no., but got no answer.
PS, I live in the UK, in case this affects anything..

Try to contact the info@motorpsycho.no again. I had to write them two or three times till I got a reply. The last of the emails I wrote was quite harsh. Maybe that's why they answered? If you payed by Paypal, just file a claim. They have to answer then.

I ordered the Toys single in mid-December. I haven't received it, and sent an e-mail to Motorpsycho@online.no yesterday. Four hours later I got a reply, saying that they had had some difficulties communicating with Paypal. For some reason they were not notified when somebody paid through Paypal. They apologized, and promised that they would send it today.
