£120..! seriously?!
November 5, 2011 at 23:41 #20631did you sleep the last weeks?
November 6, 2011 at 00:07 #20632On eBay before it's torrented? Sigh.

November 6, 2011 at 10:27 #20634Seems like people want to pay around 200 Euro for a copy of this LP. Think it's the third auction with bids in this range. Well, considering travel expenses (++) to Eindhoven, it might be cheaper after all.
And no, I am NOT selling my copy, not even the spare one!
November 6, 2011 at 11:31 #20635This is the same seller that had two actions last week. Sucks that this dude buys 3 (at least) copies just make a fortune on ebay, while true psychonauts have no chance of even hearing this.
There are a couple of other copies out there aswell. Way too expensive for me.
November 6, 2011 at 11:34 #20636One got sold earlier this week for $302.
Oh, and here's another one. With a fixed price at $290, I'd say it's a bargain!
November 7, 2011 at 08:13 #20637Prices paid so far: EUR 140.16, EUR 186.26, $305.00, EUR 241.00
It might even be worth it – if the money went into the pockets of the artists, but paying that kind of money to some dude cashing in on somebody else's work???
November 7, 2011 at 08:55 #20638It just wasn't right to not limit the amount of LPs sold per persons to 1 or 2 items. Really makes you wonder why they didn't think / care of this.
November 7, 2011 at 09:05 #20639@Fillmore: really strange indeed. Just limit it to 1 copy per person.
I can't express how wrong it is in my opinion to buy more than one copy of this record and sell if for this amount of money. If i understood correctly the records sold out during the show, so that means there where fans there who couldn't buy the record afterwards because some money-obsessed prick buyed multiple copies.
On the other hand, the prices only are this high because there are people who are willing give this much money for the lp. Anyway, i am very pleased with my copy. I guess if i ever really need money i just have to sell Strings & Stroop, Demon Box & Soothe. But then again i'd rather sell my kidney.
November 7, 2011 at 09:22 #20640funny enough everyone talks about the $$$ and nobody about the songs/versions/sound of the LP ….
November 7, 2011 at 09:50 #20641Hmm, good point.
November 7, 2011 at 10:14 #20642True that – I've played it once, it's not really "Roadworks-standard", but it's ok.
Well, that's market economy for you – IMO it should be "one concert-ticket = one record", of course – or just preorder and pickup with the limitations – but again, if this were a "1 per person"-record, they'd still be sold on Ebay…

November 7, 2011 at 11:32 #20643So, how is it? Please tell me it sucks, that it´s really just one loooong version of neverland
November 7, 2011 at 12:28 #20644With the tracklist (Psychonaut/Go To California/Whole Lotta Diana/Come On In/Sheer Heart Attack), it's hardly likely that it sucks
I've only heard Sheer Heart Attack (from a bootleg), and that one falls under the category "lotsa fun". Esspecially if they included the funny spoken intro by Bent.
The remaining 4 tracks I haven't heard.
