A few correction off the top of my head:
Heaven & Hell, Bielefeld soundcheck was on 12.10.2001.
Home of the Brave was played as an encore on the third Rockheim Demon Box concert 19.10.2015.
Leslie’s Vest was the early version of On A Plate.
So What was played as a snippet inside Walking With J. on the 2000 tour.
The Trane is most probably Dora Peach, it was named The Sunday Trane for a Sunday show on 2001, and had a new name each night.
We Travel The Spaceways was also played as a snippet inside Un Chien in Halden 28.03.2000.

Well done! Very cool list.
Only unique performance I can say for sure to have witnessed is "Punch".
But I did see most (all?) gigs in and around Trondheim from '91-'94 so I'm sure there are more.

I tried to avoid counting songs twice (e. g. “You Lied†and “Walking On The Water†are the same song and “Afterglow†was an early title for “Superstooge†and is not counted, either. “Arne Hassle†is only listed as “The Bomb-Proof Roll And Beyondâ€.). I am not sure if I have overseen some double countings. Help is appreciated!
Only full songs are counted, snippets (short quotation of a song) are not counted though they are listed and marked as a snippet to make this list complete and solve any riddles (Haven’t they played The Grateful Dead’s “The Other One� Yes, but only as a snippet.)

There are so many things worth commenting… Amazing how many unique performances there are! Among the things that strike me is the fact that they played "Giftland" only in four years! Since it's quite old and a massive build-up piece that fits their live-style, I would have expected it to have appeared more often. All the more lucky I count myself to have witnessed it in 2002. They opened(!) the Hamburg show with it back then.
Weird that Dr. Hoffmann’s Bicycle was only played in 97 and 98 but not after the release on Barracuda in 99. And isn't the song actually much older?
I wish I'd seen them covering Queen's Sheer heart attack… It says in the list "played in 2006" – does that mean they actually played it more than once?
