Little off topic. But hey, a great album is out now with Haakon Gebhardts new band. It’s called Øresus Og Nesegrus. Unfortunatly no tour/concerts, or promotion. Due to other projects for them. But as I said, a great band and a excellent drummer.

Great Album! Downloaded it from platekompaniet.no earlier today. Great musicians, f.ex. Osa from El Caco. Great songs and different genres, from norwegian rock history. Love that female vocal from Anne Lise Frøkedal. Go Gebhardt!

Gebhardt’s new album definitely rocks !

As jubalong said, Anne Frøkedal’s voice is a lovely match for the songs and the mix of norwegian and englisch lyrics make’s a nice contrast. ‘Spele pa gitar’ is currently my favorite.

Outside Norway it’s available via Itunes … perhaps if we spread the word far enough, they might become interested in touring ?

So yes: Go Gebhardt!

I agreee, Spele PÃ¥ Gitar is the best track on there. Possibly one of the best pop-rockers Geb has ever written. In Strumenthal is also kinda cool, very MP-ish drumming there. Nice album.
