Pulsator

[Animathor]

Pulsator is my new experimental abstract animated film. Like my last film Cineplasto, the music was made specially for the film by Motorpsycho. The film, 5 minutes long, will now be shown at Minimalen short film festival in Trondheim 21. and 22. february. (https://www.minimalen.com/sider/en.php?a=start_no)

To coincide with this event I have made a limited box (200) containing Pulsator in 4K and HD, a film showing the process and the score on a specially designed usb card. The box also includes original artwork and a signed numbered print from the film. I will bring some boxes to Minimalen to sell – if you´re interested, send a text message to 93401122 and we can arrange the handover. Thank you for your nice words! The film actually won an award at Minimalen Short film festival – «Best Nordic Animation or Art Film» + honorary mention for prerunner at Trondheim Kino. Quotes from the jury: «The artist has created a dynamic painting, which gives the spectator the feeling of watching a visual poem« «The almost cosmic and psychedelic animation presented to the score of the famous Trondheim rock band, Motorpsycho, impressed the jury«
