      @andi: You can open a dispute in the Resolution Center within 45 calendar days of payment.

      If I don't receive it or hear no answer, I will do it this weekend.

        Thanks for the info rtv. Didn't know the exact number of days. But if I don't get an answer till tomorrow, I'll also open a dispute.

        I did send them another email today.

          I got an answer yesterday, after sending another email.

          They said that there was a problem with paypal, not informating them about the orders. My first order seems to be lost in christmas chaos :(

          The good news is, that they are sending out replacements of both orders in the next couple of days.

            after two weeks I received my replacement parcel… with a clear single in it instead of a black one… so I tried to repley to Cecilie's last email and got a email failure… I am surprised in a bad way… :?
