There are quite a few information about “Heavy Metal Fruit” out there. I want to let you know what we found out.
Last Friday I had an interview with Bent and before that we had the chance to listen to the new album. You will get some information and impressions when you read the interview, but unfortunately it is only in German. So here are some points, feel free to add them:
– HMF is intelligent Dumb-Ass-Heavy-Rock or unpleasant Metal
– Vestrheim had quite a big influence
– Kenneth has a huuuuge influence on compositions, new versions of songs…
– they really think about releasing every single show in a digital way
Don´t be afraid: You will love the new album! Not too tight, not to loose, very inspired, very jazzy, wonderful melodies, psychedelic and hardrocking, great sound, seems very well produced.

The Golden Core
Nice show, very good audiance being very quit during spacy moments, a lot of songs that I heard first on this tour. Nice moment when Bent made an asking gesture and looked at Sna during Manmower trying to find out in which spheres Sna was.
I liked the Cologne gig better, but some MP hardcore fans I met (you know who you are) were absolutely on fire for this show.

An absolute amazing and mindblowing show. Perfect sound. Unbelieveble energy und endless jams.
Golden Core was on the setlist and supposed to be played, but something on the drums wasn´t working, so after a short discussion they played SPACEWASH!!
