@ superstooka:
Pizza and Rotingdorfer at Ferdis were delicious!
Thanks again!
@ spacebandit:
it was nice to meet you again.
I'm sure your recording will sound GREAT as always.
See you at Freak Valley
The magic & the wonder (a love theme)
WOW, thanks a lot!
…hard choice…
We'll arrive at 17.15 at central station, so we have plenty of time. Maybe we'll try a pizza at Ferdis and a pre-beer at Plan B sounds also nice.
So, would be nice to meet you and/or some other psychonauts.
(I'll wear my new Spidergawd-shirt)
Any idea for a good place to meet and have some food and a pre-show beer tomorrow in Bielefeld?
@ boomer former helm: 2nd track from "8 soothing songs for Rut"
@ MrKreukel:
The song is "Devil Got My Woman" (original by Skip James).
It's the b-side from the first 7" "Into Tomorrow".
Btw. the b-side of the 2nd 7" "Empty Rooms" is also a coverversion from Skip James "Hard Time Killing Floor Blues".
@spacebandit: Thanks Rudi, i'm curious about how it sound with Snah instead of Stale…
THANX for this great recording. Also for the beautiful video from Stian & Pale Horse & Susanna.
I hope someone will record one of the shows…
@ otherdemon:
Yes, that's the instrumental they played yesterday.
They also performed "Sterling Says" first time ever!
…and a new (for me) instrumental rocker…read the name on the setlist, but I can't remember, sorry…
They also played August, Greener, True Middle, S.T.G., Manmower, Whip That Ghost…
@ Jules: So you have a lot to discover!
The opener was "7th Dream" from the "Manmower-EP" and it's on the "Blissard-Deluxe-Edition".
Followed by "Hell Part 1-3", the first song from the last album "Still Life With Eggplants".
The last song was "All Is Loneliness", a coverversion, it's on the album "Demon Box", originally from the band "Moondog".
You can order all albums (except the first three releases "Lobotomizer", "8 Soothing Songs For Rut", "Demon Box" and "In The Fishtank") from stickman-records.de.
But don't be surprised, most of the album versions are much different from how they perform the songs live. That's what makes this band absolutely special…every time…
Have Fun
Uwe
Ich hab's "befürchtet"
…aber du weisst , ich gönne es dir von ganzem motorspsychedelichen Herzen
I forgot:
I couldn't recognize The Wheel in Manmower and there were no King Kong in Cornucopia this time.
