This was live premiere of Sideway Spiral 1! They have only played Sideway Spiral 2 (1996/1997) and Sideway Spiral 3 (mostly) and Sideway Spiral 4 (2003 and 2009) so far.
I got an email from Dresden Beatpol and they told me that the link is a mistake by AD-Ticket. Moreover, they don't expect a Motorpsycho concert in the near future.
Stay Young was probably the country song played by Don Williams and written by Benny Gallagher and Graham Lyle? Other artists who wrote a song with that title (e. g. Oasis) will probably never be an inspiration for Motorpsycho.
Very exciting setlist and even more exciting that it has probably been recorded!
Yes, unfortunately it is not possible to copy the link for the first part nearly 32 minutes (starting with Sideway Spiral III).
Has anyone found part 2/2 yet?
Maybe the two Norwegian dates will expand to a small tour in September including a visit to Sweden?
Is it a Motorpsycho show or do they take part in a festival or contribution for an artist?
If you haven't discovered part 2 yet:
Thanks for the answer, by the way.
I hope you are not too tired being in an office a few hours after the concert.
Thanks for posting the setlist. Is the instrumental the same instrumental which they played in Ã…lesund on June 14th? A recording can be found in the internet so I wonder if you knew this instrumental before and were able to recognize it.
Motorpsycho is presented as the headliner of the Festival and that means that they will be the last band on Friday, not the first one.
There is no need to say "sorry" after sharing a recording! There are even more recordings which haven't seen the light of the day.
Thank you for sharing!
Two (?) audio sources? There is only one audio source known so far. Is the second one from your video or is there another audio source?
Great news. If no one else will work on it then I can do it.
Thanks for the upload of the unknown song, by the way!
Did you record the whole show and can share it?
Maybe there was not the mood for Taifun. You need a quiet audience and the audience was talking in quiet parts before (e. g. the intro of Un Chien D'Espace).
Great concert, though the last song was not played.
