September 19, 2023 at 08:14 in reply to: Going to Trondheim — what to see? ISO MP-related places #41734I was in Trondheim this summer, from the Netherlands – exited to be close to the MP history. Dora is massive and still around, how could it not be :) and Svartlamon just across the road. Not exactly a pilgrimage, but it felt warm at heart

There was a camera + stereomicrophone behind the mixer, and small camera’s in the drum and side of the stage
3rd part was with Stale Storlokken.
They played half of the DDU as a start of the 3rd partI can’t remember The Magpie, did they play it?

Very very nice, thanks
Great to see and hear some of the songs I didn't see in Amsterdam and Bielefeld
Thank you
The Gram/Emmylou version of She had been the first song played through the soundsystem after many MP concerts for some years
Very nice acoustic set, thanks!
What 4 songs on LTEC? 🤔
It was massive, MP can do this so well.
The huge Norweigian rockwall of sound squeezed into Arnhems Willem1.
I got blown away a bit.
But combined with the Amsterdam setlist there were so many different songs and moods
Arnhem, Willemeen October 5
Very nice!
I saw them play there in 1993, when my brothers band opened up for them.
I only remember that they played load, I left early.
But hey, had to start somewhere
I might have missed it somewhere, but Stickman sells the ENGLISH version of the Johan Harstad Blissard book. Am glad I get a chance to read it
am reading BuzzA at this moment 😉
There’s a band from Trondheim mentioned …
All electric songs were long and massiv. I got somewhat blurred in the sound sometimes.
Lacuna/Sunrise with Snah on a oneneckguitar, and a very spaced jam – it received a long applause.
A detail was that all songs during the set were sung by Bent. Many of the concerts I saw over the years allways contained many Snah songs.
and Bent introduced himself as Johan Neeskens 😉
