i am interested in Timothys and Lobotomizer. How much do you want for it?
meh… i'd love to come to Berlin for the Desertfest but …yay… i'll become father a few days before sooooo not for me this time. have fun!
What's wrong with you, dude?
Hey there
— ich mach das mal auf Deutsch wa…?
Also, ich hab keinerlei Vorstellungen, was du für das Package haben möchtest. Mich würden alle außer Spin und The California interessieren. Ich weiß auch gar nicht mehr, was die einzeln mal gekostet haben. Das wären ja dann 5 Platten. Sind 15€ pro Platte realistisch? Sag du es mir. Hab wirklich keine Idee ^^
Beste Grüße
Gonzo
Yeah… i was at the show of Spidergawd in March. Talked to Kenneth and co. after the Show. They are always very chatty In fact, it was me who gave them the idea to play in UT Connewitz after the Concert one year earlier in Moritzbastei where they had really shitty sound. Sorry… but I am a bit proud of that … hahaha
So my friend may be wrong about the broadcast last week. … thank god
October 22, 2019 at 09:41 in reply to: Roadwork VI – or "what blew our minds on Crucible II"? #36331I only attended the Leipzig Show.
So my Favs are:
August
Starhammer
Ãœberpilgrim
If there were good Versions of Triggerman, SongBro, Sonata or Hogwash I'd like to have them on the Record to
Hey Juergen,
a friend of mine just told me, that she listened to a broadcast of the show on last friday already? Do you know anything?
well, I think they do what they do best. And hell I will not complain about the fantastic output they got.
My experience in Leipzig was that sometimes not only while singing but also when playing a guitar solo it seems like Snah is a tiny bit in a different tune. It doesn't sound harmonic whit the rest of the Band. My head is searching all the time for the harmony. In this case, this ruins the song for me…. Soooo I wonder if it es a problem with my hearing or not?
Last time in Leipzig there were 'Songs for everyone'… These days it's 'For Madman only'. Next time maybe 'For Madams only'. well hopyfully not just 'Four Madams only'
Well well well… hm… I am not sure about this concert.
They started brilliant with Crucible, Up/Down, Ãœberpilgrim.
Than came Dream Home… for me not the best live song and the first one tonight when i got bored by the two guitar freak out sustain shreddering with Snah and Reine.
Granny was cool but the the vocals… well the vocals. ^^
August was reaaly the best Version I saw so far. Very jazzy. BTW.. there were many nice jazzy parts tonight. Liked that.
Than it was Mountain and for me it didn't worked at all tonigth. Again endless two guitar shreddings and somehow it felt a bit out of tune sometimes (but this also could have been my ears hurting from the shredding).
Pillow, Mad Sun, Feel – very nice, I loved it.
Than Starhammer. I also liked it because of the jazzy parts.
Die Mad Man OnlY was new for me. … Reine – the best singer in the Band? What do you think?
Ptzar – to much shredding in the middle part.
Bonny… don't know
You Lied – like always tight!
Tower – shredding… they can do much better versions of this one imo!
Fools Gold – like many times befor, epic song for the end of the concert
So.. over all, more yay than nay but not the concert I liked most. Maybe I've seen to many MP Concerts and I am to critical by now.. I don't know.
Reine: more noticable member of the band tonight then ever. Not sure if I do like that. At the keys and when he plays solo than it's cool. When he freaks out together with Snah than it bores me fast. (just my opinion)
Snah: Damn he is such a good musicion… but why he shreds soo much while he could give the song so much more content when playing distinguishable lines
Bent: no complains great playing, good singing. Yay
Thomas: tonight for me the best guy on stage! tight, jazzy, cool!
I know there were many who really liked the concert tonight a lot! So.. this was just my opinion
wow… i've seen my share of mp shows and also Hogwash Versions over the years but this i didn't know. I love Halleluwa. Hope they do this in Leipzig as well!
Halleluwa? Is it the Can-Song? The played it? Or am I just slow today?
well well well… eventually I got my record on friday and gave it a good spin on saturday morning while still lying in bed. i must say, i was a bit afraid of it because i didn't liked lux aeterna live that much. and now? fuck the record is awesome! every single bit of it! and hell, the beginning of the crucible is soooo beautiful love it! (even though i am still waiting for more acoustic stuff… ^^)
Well, don't get me wrong, I like the complex sound structures. I think, it gets harder to surprise us with something really extraordinary since this is what the guys are doing for many years now. In some way, all the late stuff goes in kind of a similar direction. I would love them to do a Jazzy album again, or something entirely acoustic… don't know. Well… something different
