I guess this means the uk tour is complete.

And yes, they have a new drummer on board for the tour. No worries about that part.

I see a certain ‘Thomas Nieuwenhuizen’ is listed as the third band member. I guess that would be Tos again.

Looks like the boys with Tos Nieuwenhuizen and Ketil Nicolaysen landed in Kathmandu today. No drummer this time as far as I’ve heard.

(And interestingly enough – a least for me – the 7 man band Marvil on an Expedition, with my son on double bass, are starting their two weeks India tour in Delhi today. Asia is the place to be.)

Yes, tough times in the record industry. I assume they will be releasing the albums on their own label from now on.

Dark psychedelic space-jam rockers Black Moon Circle have been absolutely fovourites since their debut album in 2014. Here’s the first single ‘Snake Oil’ from the next album ‘Leave the Ghost Behind’ – now with Tomas Järmyr on the drums. That must be said to be a perfect fit.
                            European tour in March.

Exchanged a few words with Bent at a concert with The Source a few days ago (the band from The MotorSource Massacre nearly 30 years back). Really happy after the India tour and lots of plans for new stuff going forward. No need to worry about the future, we will have to deal with the boys for a long time still.

Torstein Lofthus was the drummer in Shining from the beginning. He left after One ONe ONe.
He is also the founder of and drummer in elephant9.

I might also pitch in this minor historic moment from yesterdays Spidergawd concert at Byscenen in Trondheim. Tomas is also drumming for black gothmetal rockers Årabrot who as we speak are touring Norway together with Spidergawd. During the Spidergawd concert the band stepped aside while Tomas popped in for one of his signature drum solos – Which then continued over into the next song together with Kenneth. Truly a magic moment.
