Well rather remarkably, the album has already surfaced at a download site! I can't imagine there are that many people who have already received copies but clearly one of them doesn't care about the band's livelihood. :evil:
And before anyone asks, no I didn't try to download it.
It's a real pity that someone leaked the album. But I think anyone really interested in Motorpsycho's music is going to buy vinyl or CD anyway and is rather in "physical media" than downloads, so I hope I'm right to say that I don't think the leaking will have a big influence on sales in the end…
… to be honest, I'd be happy to download the leaked album if I knew where to look for it. I really can't wait to listen to the new music, I just can't. Will buy the album anyway, like I always do. I actually think leaks don't have a big influence on album sales in mp's case …
Second that. At least when it comes to „regular“ MP albums. Might be different with records like Begynnelser, compilations or those 4CD remasters. I mean I do buy everything but those non-regular albums might suffer a bit charts-wise.
Can hardly wait as well, but will do. Getting everything the moment you hear of it partly diminishes some kind of value – waiting for it makes new music great and great music even greater.
So did Rune open up for orders yet? All I see is «Coming» on the webpage.
