Motorpsycho is back once again with a new album, this time with the great title of "Still Life With Eggplant". Compact and presenting the band from their rockin' side, it also features some amazing guest guitar work from Swedish musician Reine Fiske (Dungen, etc.). A European tour will be following directly after the release on April 12th, and the first confirmed dates can already be found on our tour dates page. Reine will be joining them for these dates, so we can look forward to seeing some more magical chemistry happening onstage!

The album will be available on CD, LP and digitally as usual.

New Motorpsycho album in April!

A brand new and quite excellent studio album, "Still Life With Eggplant", will be released on 12th April. It was recorded late last year in Trondheim and features Dungen guitarist Reine Fiske on several tracks. He was last heard on Elephant9´s "Atlantis" album. More to follow.

the album title reminds me a lot of: "Still Life with Woodpecker" by Tom Robbins (one of my favourite authors btw.) maybe there is some connection? seems not impossible to me

Of course there will be a main focus on the eggplant. But since it's a single album, I think they will make room for oldies goldies as well. I don't think the set structure will be the same as the TDDU tour last year.

I too hope for some Blissard twin guitar attack. Norwegian tourdates being released soon?
