I just got an sms from Red Mosquito who is at the Effenaar right now. It read just one word: “MOUNTAIN”.
That is insane, that’s the song I want to hear them play the most.. Wow, lucky people
Mountain, that is.
Nice, first time ever that Un Chien & Mountain has been played at the same gig.
Here’s hoping for some boots from this tour :lol:

The band rocked, with an ease of guys comfortable with their surroundings and within their own capabilities. They have a right to be proud of themselves. Again, they’re going from strength to strength.
Akane was in front of the stage before the gig. That’s when she told me Bents comment. I saw her again after the gig (in the smoking room – where else?) and with a big smile she handed me a folded piece of paper. It turned out to be Bents setlist. She gave it to me so sweetly that at first I thought she gave it to me as a present! Luckily I caught myself and gave it back. On the setlist Bent marked as a possible final song (not played): S.T.G.
Everybody who is going to see them in the next few weeks: you’re in for a treat. They are in absolutely lethal form right now.

Ever since I first heard “Starhammer”, I’ve felt that it would be the perfect track to segue into “Mountain” from. Maybe that will happen during this tour, after all?
My first concert at the Effenaar. Great location and audience.
The band really rocked and had fun. Bent and Snah danced in ZZ Top style.
A lot of smiling between Bent and Kenneth. Once Bent adumbrate putting his foot on the monitor box in Hardrockstyle, but he didn’t.
The whole concert was an highlight.
My favourites: Mountain, Un chien, Gullible’s travails, Starhammer, A shrug
Can’t wait to see them on friday in Cologne.
