Don’t know if anyone else has noticed this, but MP is “nominated” for the decade’s best song on http://nrkp3.no/bestenorske/ with
The Slow Phaseout.
Let’s separate the best band in norway from the useless rubbish!
Yeah! Let´s take this one like back in ’99 !
Ouch. Out of all the great MP songs this last decade, they had to nominate one of the shittiest.

hey, could be worse (neverland)
ok,so lets make this a survey. what’s you favorite song of the last decade?
1. my best friend
2. triggerman
3. glow
4. the slow phaseout
5. alchemyst
1. Triggerman
2. The Other Fool
3. Alchemyst
4. Uberwagner
5. My Best Friend
Hm. The slow phaseout WASN’T the best song this decade.
There are many songs in that list I like better.
Propaganda. Maestro. Bransjehora. Fuel for hatred. Even Eple is better.
Bad choice.
Good question. Here’s my top 5:
1. The Alchemyst (by far)
2. Dr. Hoffmann’s Bicycle
3. Ãœberwagner
4. Year Zero
5. Critical Mass / Painting The Night Unreal / Cornucopia (sorry, I can’t choose  )
Hehe this is actually one contest where i don’t want MP to win. I don’t like TSP that much either!
You people are always so weird towards Slow Phaseout and Neverland, I’ll never get that. But well, tastes are tastes I guess. Anyway, I voted. And concerning the top MP songs from the 2000s:
1) Serpentine
2) No Evil
3) The Other Fool
4) The Slow Phaseout
5) My Best Friend
This one is possibly limited to songs they playlisted in its day, since they maybe don’t want to end up with a song of the decade they ignored. (I heard VG just went and removed the 3/6 score mark they gave to Melody AM, as they named it album of the decade recently…)
I voted for Thomas Dybdahl – From Grace. Sorry MP
The Slow Phaseout is a brilliant tune. I wish I’d write somehing like that.
Today my top 5 MP songs of the double zeros looks like this:
The Alchemyst
She left on the Sun Ship
Upstars & Downstairs
The Other Fool
30/30
I like both the Slow Phaseout and Neverland, but neither is the best song of the decade from any point of view.
