Don't know anything about Eindhoven, but I think Fillmore was referring to a different kind of coffeeshop than LLM is doing so kindly. Or is it me missing the irony or some punchline?
Anyway: here in Utrecht no need for a wietpas, last time I checked. Which is over a month ago, but still.
The other type of coffeeshop: there are a couple in and around the city centre. No experience with any of them so I can't tell you which one is best:
Grashopper – Grote Berg 22a
The Pink – Willemstraat 35a
De Bakkerij – Stratumseind 95 (the street with all the bars and many annoying people on a Saturday night)
In the Dommelstraat (where the Effenaar is) there used to be Flower Power but that is closed afaik.
LaFolie in the Vrijstraat is closest to the Effenaar I guess, but other than a mention on the site below I have never heard you can get "coffee" there. But that could be me…

Coffee is good anyway I guess. But slighly off topic: on this day in Motorpsycho history it is exaCTLY 15 years, 1 month and 25 days ago that i saw my second Motorpsycho show. First was at Lowlands 94 i think. I sort ran into, Bent he wearing dreads asking for a vegeatarian foodstand. I'm getting old!! Happy fall-tour.
